1. Provider and purchaser
Courses are provided by FP Academy, a business area of First Principles Consultancy, CVR 46236580. Contact: info@fpacademy.dk. These terms cover business purchases where a business orders and pays for one or more participants. Where one employee attends, the ordering business remains the contracting party. The employee must be authorised to order on the business’s behalf.
This website does not offer private self-funded registration. A separate public-sector order requires a written agreement with the paying authority.
2. Enquiry and confirmed registration
The website form is a non-binding enquiry. It does not create a charge, reserve a place or confirm registration. A binding agreement is formed only when an authorised purchaser accepts a specific offer in writing and FP Academy confirms the order in writing.
Before agreement, we provide the course title, description and learning outcomes, duration, dates and times, price and VAT treatment, payment deadline, any cancellation or rebooking terms, and technical requirements. Specific terms in the written agreement take precedence over these general terms.
3. Duration and course programme
Courses comprise 6–8 hours of teaching over two consecutive days, with 3–4 hours per day. Exact teaching hours, times and breaks are stated in the offer. The detailed programme is sent after confirmed registration. It does not alter essential course details or terms agreed before registration.
4. Price and payment
The price, what it includes, VAT treatment and payment deadline are stated in the written offer and order confirmation. The enquiry form does not collect payment. Invoices are addressed to the agreed business or public purchaser. Sending an enquiry or being named as a participant does not itself make the participant personally liable for payment.
5. Cancellation, rebooking and participant changes
Requests to cancel, rebook or change a participant must be sent in writing to info@fpacademy.dk. Any deadlines, charges and conditions must have been disclosed and agreed before confirmed registration. Hidden standard charges are not applied. Another employee may take the place only with FP Academy’s agreement and if relevant participation requirements are met.
The statutory withdrawal right for consumer contracts does not normally apply to a genuine business purchase. Cancellation is governed by the specific agreement and applicable law. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights.
6. Provider cancellations and material changes
If FP Academy cancels a course, the purchaser is offered a new date or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled teaching. A new date requires the purchaser’s acceptance. For material changes to the agreed course, the purchaser is informed and a solution agreed before the change is implemented.
7. Online attendance and technical requirements
Teaching takes place online. The platform, access requirements and any required software are provided before registration. Participants need the agreed access, a suitable device and a stable internet connection. Technical problems should be reported promptly so a solution can be discussed. Any recording of teaching requires separate information and agreement.
8. Materials, confidentiality and the nature of teaching
Materials may be used by the registered participant and within the purchasing business to the agreed extent. They may not be resold, published or distributed to others without permission. Participants may not record or publish teaching or other participants’ information without the necessary permission.
Use anonymised examples rather than confidential business or personal information in shared exercises. Courses provide teaching and skills development. Applying the content to specific accounts, tax matters or business decisions may require a separate professional assessment. No specific financial result, accreditation or subsequent employment is guaranteed. This does not limit responsibility for delivering the agreed teaching.
9. Plans for positive-list and job centre courses
FP Academy plans to explore inclusion of relevant courses on a positive list. This website does not announce approved positive-list inclusion or entitlement to public funding. List inclusion and funding approval for an individual participant are separate matters.
A potential job centre course requires clarification of the relevant scheme and a written order or funding approval from the paying authority before confirmed registration. An enquiry from a jobseeker does not create a private payment obligation. The public-sector order and its specific terms must be agreed separately; these business terms apply only to the extent agreed by the parties.
10. Personal data and enquiries
Participant and contact data processing is described in the privacy policy. Course questions or concerns should be sent to info@fpacademy.dk so we can investigate and discuss a solution.
The agreement is subject to Danish law. Disputes are handled under applicable rules and the specific terms agreed with the purchaser.
